Janice Reid - Behaviour Consultant, Owner


Janice is a Behaviour Consultant listed on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) and has a Masters degree.  She has provided Trauma Informed Behaviour Intervention programs for children with autism and other types of developmental conditions since 2011.  She enjoys working with children of all ages and a wide spectrum of needs and abilities.  Working in collaboration with families, other caregivers, schools and other professionals is a key component in her delivery of service and support for children and families.



Angie Wagner- Senior Behaviour Interventionist, Program Coordinator, Owner


Angie has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities since 1999 in residential settings. She is a Master level Nonviolent Crisis Intervention trainer, Professional Crisis Management trainer, and has a certificate in Behaviour Intervention from Douglas College, along with several courses in Applied Behaviour Analysis through the Capilano University, and courses in Psychology through Thompson Rivers University as well as Trauma Informed care. She is experienced in augmentative communication and teaching individuals to communicate in alternate ways. She enjoys
working with children and adults in both clinical and residential settings.


Julia Pomper - Assistant Behaviour Consultant


Julia holds a Master of Developmental Psychology and Education from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from George Brown College. She has been in the field of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) since 2011, implementing behavioural intervention using the principles of ABA for children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Julia is currently completing her supervisory hours to become a Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) and plans to pursue becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). With over a decade of ABA experience, Julia has helped clients, families, and caregivers learn new skills so that they can reach their full potential. Working within a client-centred, family-based, and trauma informed approach, she values the diversity of clients, families, caregivers and staff, while contributing to best practices for a healthy and safe environment.
